Breathwork & Soundbath

Experience a transformative breathwork and sound bath class that combines breath techniques with healing sounds from crystal bowls. You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on whatever life has in store for you.

This practice is centered on growing the mind/body connection. Class starts slow with gentle movements and ends with extended meditation time.

Heart and Hips

Join Shandi for 'Heart and Hips,' a weekly Yin Yoga class that adapts to your body's unique needs, focusing on heart and hip areas for emotional and physical well-being. Suitable for all levels, it's a journey of exploration, self-discovery, and transformation, fostering balance, flexibility, and peace through mindful movement and meditation. Dive into a practice designed for profound healing and growth, welcoming everyone to find space for rejuvenation and vitality.

Naturescape Meditation

Unwind and reconnect with nature through Jen's Naturescape Meditation at Greenhouse Wellness. Let the soothing sounds and tranquil setting of our greenhouse guide you to a state of inner peace and relaxation. Immerse yourself in this rejuvenating experience and find your center in the midst of the grounding energy and beautiful serenity of the surrounding plant life.

Detox Yoga

Energize your body, mind, and spirit with detox yoga! Faith will take you on a flow that gently activates the metabolism and digestion with intentional holds and twists. This practice will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to start your day.

Gentle Morning Yoga

This is a Hatha style class focusing on breath in combination with posture to balance energy and feel more connected. This is a great class for those new to yoga or seeking a gentle practice. You can expect more static poses that are typically held for a few breaths with guided transitions followed by an integrative Savasana meditation. Come join Ellie to have fun, move your body and relax while increasing strength, balance, and flexibility.

Women's Drum Circle

These drum circles are meditative as well as dynamic.

Join us as we gather to be enlightened women of our day. Gathering as sisters in a Sacred Circle with heartfelt topics about issues specific to women and our daughters.

It is a profound experience while we expand, open, and heal hearts drumming to balance the energies around the conversations, history, and paths that have been discussed.

Come be uplifted, empowered, and inspired.
