Service Description

Inspired by the teachings of Deepak Chopra, this is a practice to release the mental stress and physical tension of the week. Join us for a 45-minute slow and gentle meditation practice to find self acceptance, relaxation and rejuvenation. This is a time to get quiet, turn inward and expand your capacity for non-judging, loving awareness. Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to settle into the space.

Cancelled classes can be rescheduled by texting Erin (801-643-8197). Refunds will not be issues if classes are cancelled within 24 hours of the class starting.
