Sacred Breath & Cacao Medicine Ceremony

This workshop and Sacred Ceremony will use an active ancient breath meditation facilitated by the plant medicine Cacao to go into a deep shamanic healing journey, helping us to let go of what no longer serves, illuminate the unconscious and align us to our truth.

Ceremonial Cacao is a subtle plant teacher that has been used in various healing practices and ceremonies for thousands of years. It is a heart-opening and embodiment medicine. Shamanic breathwork is a self-healing practice that has the power to release stored emotional trauma and armoring in the body. It is this armoring that constricts us and limits us from experiencing the fullness of our lives and our personal power.

What to bring: yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on, eye cover, blanket & pillow, favorite mug, spoon, journal & pen, and water.

How to prepare: Please come exactly as you are. No prior experience is required. Try to avoid a heavy meal or caffeine two hours prior to Ceremony, but drink plenty of water. Dress comfortably.

Facilitator: Radha is a breathwork, Cacao medicine and shamanic practitioner, Kundalini yoga teacher and a holistic transformation and integration coach.
