Hypnotherapy is such a powerful tool for healing. But many people shy away from it or are intimidated away from seeking a hypnotherapist of their own.
James Gustason, a local hypnotherapist and mindset life coach will be leading us through a discussion of what hypnotherapy actually is, how it works and how it can help.
The aim of the workshop is to open you up to the possibility of healing on a deeper level that is unique to you and guided by the only person who truly knows who you are and what you need healing from - yourself!
