Cindy uses a gentle form of breathwork with gentle music and opportunities for sharing within the group. Heidi's style is holotropic-ish with bolder music, stronger breathing, art integration, and sharing after the session. Both modalities promote healing, awakening, the release of trauma, and greater alignment with the Higher Self and the Divine.
